How do I use AccessKeys?

Wazoo uses the UK Government accesskeys standard. This means that each of the key areas of the web site has an AccessKey assigned to it allowing you to use the keyboard to jump to any main area from anywhere else in the site.

AccessKeys work slightly differently on Macs and PCs.

PC - Hold the alt key and the appropriate AccessKey at the same time, then press Return.

Mac - Hold the ctrl key and the appropriate AccessKey at the same time.

Below is a list of the AccessKeys applying to the main areas of the site.

What is W3C XHTML and W3C CSS?

W3C is short for The World Wide Web Consortium, an organisation created by the original architects of the world wide web to provide guidance for all those who work with or share information via the internet.

XHTML and CSS are the primary coding languages used by Wazoo. The W3C XHTML 1.0 and W3C CSS links at the bottom of each page confirm that our use of these technologies conform to their guidelines on recommended use.
